Among them, <strong>one insight (&#8220;The churn paradox&#8221;) shattered conventional wisdom and challenged everything we thought we knew about subscription pricing \ud83e\udd2f. Read on to find out more.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For context, Subbly serves thousands of businesses with annual revenues from $0 to $10MM. Our merchant size distribution follows a steep curve\u2014approximately 10% of merchants process 80% of the GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume).
