Can I change many orders at once?
Yes. Stack filters to find the set, select it, and change the shipping date, mark it shipped, add or remove items, print it or create shipping labels in one action. Subscriptions take bulk renewal dates, products, shipping methods, coupons, retries, pauses and resumes.
Which shipping tools connect?
ShipStation and Pirate Ship connect from the App Store, you can create shipping labels in bulk from the orders list, and fulfilment partners can pull orders through the Orders API. See the App Store
Can my team have different access levels?
Yes. Max includes 5 team members and Subbly X is unlimited. Each person gets a role: Admin, Customer Support, Customer Support Manager, Analyst or Designer, and sees only what that role needs. Compare plans
What can I automate today?
Automations run on around 40 triggers, from a paid renewal to a rise in churn risk. They can add inventory items, apply a coupon or balance, change a renewal date, tag customers and orders, create orders, retry renewals, and send an email, SMS or webhook, with conditions and delays. Can I manage the store from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on Subbly X. Subbly’s MCP server connects your store to Claude and ChatGPT, and to Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, with tools for orders, subscriptions, customers, products, coupons and inventory. Read the MCP docs
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export orders, shipping items, subscriptions and customers as CSV files whenever you like. The download link goes to your email, only opens for a signed-in admin, and expires after three days.
Can I move my existing orders and subscribers?
Yes. Our migration team moves your products, customers and active subscriptions for you, for free, and you can import up to 5,000 orders at a time from a CSV file. How migration works
Will my subscribers have to re-enter their cards?
Not if their cards are stored in Stripe or PayPal, or your current platform can transfer them to your Stripe account: we import them and billing carries on. If your platform keeps the cards, our Subscription Switch emails each subscriber a secure link to add their card in one step, with no login or checkout, and has brought back up to 84% of subscribers within 11 days.
