Founded by mother of three Debbie Marsden, Lola Pops custom clothing and accessories boxes for kids have become a cult favourite of parents around the country — with a uniquely sustainable edge that minimises waste as kids grow thanks to their buyback service.
The Challenge
Adopting a subscription-first approach after several years as a business selling one-time products, Lola Pops’ first steps into the subscription world took place on Wix, their model run using Wix Subscriptions.
However, it wasn’t long before the problems started to add up — at the time, Wix didn’t offer an effective way to chase failed payments, nor did it make it easy to manage their unique model, which combined monthly billing with quarterly shipping.
The Solution
After spending some time comparing their options, Debbie took a leap of faith after seeing Subbly’s once-in-a-lifetime offer for new migrations, and the rest was history.
